History: Crystalline Technology, Inc. was formed in 1995 by Ron Mozer upon completion of a $20M project for El Paso Natural Gas in which he
organized and managed equipped some 7000 natural gas wells with Gas Flow Computers
to bring back the data via wireless to address
all internal operational and business needs.
In 1996 Crystalline was among the first to develop wireless remote sensors. The "Remote-IO" device supported pressure
and temperature sensors and was capable of
operation over distances up to 100 feet.
In 1996 Crystalline also developed one of the first WEB based SCADA systems with
TUMS (The Ultimate Measurement System) which later became WellAutomation.
Cross Timbers selected this system when they expanded business into New Mexico.
Cross Timbers is now known as XTO Energy.
In 1998 Crystalline expanded to provide services for BP in New Mexico and XTO Wells in Wyoming.
In 1999 Crystalline started deployment of Satellite based solutions for Oil & Gas applications with the development of MeterStar.com
In 2002 Crystalline moved offices from Farmington, NM to Pueblo, CO to be more centralized to address the nationwide customers.
In 2007 Crystalline began deployment of ExtraNET CC, a turn key satellite device based on the Globalstar network to Chesapeake in West Virgina.
In 2008 Crystalline began deployment of Avalanche, a store and forward solution for the Globalstar network to Equitable, Dominion, and others through out the
Applancian Mountains
In 2009 Crystalline Technology, Inc. was sold to Equipment & Controls, Inc.
Crystalline Technoloy functioned as a department within ECI for two years.
In 2011 Crystalline Technology, LLC was reborn as a stand alone company and has set out once again to regain it's role as an industry leader in innovation
and customer support.
